EPISODE 26 - MANIFESTING THE LIFE OF YOUR DREAMS


In episode 26, I talk about how I have manifested my dream life on a daily basis for the last several years. After trying many methods of manifestation - these daily practices are what have proven most effective and maintainable. For best results, do each of them consistently and with conviction.


MENTAL MANIFESTATION

1. sit in a comfortable, quiet place & close your eyes

2. take 10 deep breaths

3. quiet your mind and picture who you are in your dream future

4. see yourself and your surroundings, explore the vision and take it all in

5. get really specific; what are you wearing, who are you with, what does it smell like, what do you feel like, what is in front of you?

*that is you at your highest/best self - come back to this vision often and build upon it daily*


VISUAL MANIFESTATION

*you can do this with magazines/physical pictures or virtually*

1. collect inspirational images by category : relationship, finances, home, wellness, friends/family, career, etc.

2. make small vision boards of each of the categories and write your future intention for said category on the bottom or back of each board.

3. revisit these visuals daily, picture yourself in the images - you can even make them the background of your phone so that you are constantly looking towards your future.


WRITTEN MANIFESTATION

1. choose 10 goals you'd like to focus on - they can be large or small

2. Write each of them out in "I am" statements, as if they have already happened/you have already achieved them. for example, one of mine is, "I am physically & mentally strong".

3. write this list of 10 and read them out loud every morning

4. add specific, time-sensitive goals as they arise.
